The Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law is committed to the Durham Principles.  In the spirit of global environmentalism and the modern trend toward free access to legal publications, we designed the Journal of International & Comparative Law as an online journal, which we hope will empower it to provide timely commentary on the increasingly dynamic field of international law. As such, you cannot subscribe to a hard copy of this Journal, but you may access the articles and the volumes of this publication on this website.
