Reflections on a Global Crisis: Current Issues in International Law and Economics

The Notre Dame International Law Society sponsored its inaugural International Law Symposium on April 9, 2010 in the McCartan Courtroom. Three leading international law scholars presented legal perspectives on the recent global economic crisis. Topics of discussion included the WTO Doha Round Negotiation, Economic Dispute Resolution, and Islamic Finance.
