Elaine is from the Washington D.C. metro area. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where she double majored in history and art history with a minor in political science. Elaine’s interest in international law stems from her study of international affairs and post-colonialism in college. In her free time, Elaine enjoys biking, musical theater, and visiting art museums.
