As Executive Online Editor, Will oversees the submission, selection, and editing process for articles and other written works received by the Journal for publication in its online companion, JICLOnline.
Will is from Houston, Texas and graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2017. Will currently serves as an active duty Army Officer and will join the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps after graduation.
