Tori Hust
Fall Semester Executive Symposium Chair
 


As Executive Symposium Editor, Tori organizes the Journal’s fall semester symposium, liaising with speakers, coordinating staff participation, and tending to all other logistical matters for the event. 

Tori is a third year J.D. candidate at the University of Notre Dame Law School and is from Huntington Beach, California. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fullerton where she studied political science and public policy. Before coming to law school Tori was heavily engaged in California higher education policy through the Cal State Student Association. She was selected to represent CSU Fullerton through the 2018 Panetta Congressional Internship Program where she worked on healthcare policy for (then) Minority Leader, Nancy Pelosi. 

Tori spent her 1L summer working for a private criminal defense firm in San Diego, California and continued criminal defense work over the course of her 2L year by interning at the Berrien County, Michigan Public Defender Office. Tori spent her 2L summer working at HeplerBroom in the Hammond, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois offices.
